Mobility:
The Great Plains Zoo is quite flat. The zoo has electric scooters but no wheelchairs to rent. As with other zoos, this zoo may run out of scooters on holidays and summer weekends.
Food and Drink:
The Great Plains Zoo has two places to eat. One at the entrance, which I did not get the name for and one across the zoo called :”Roar Cafe”. Both places have similar fare, with hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, and personal pizzas. They did not have anything specifically marked as gluten free, dairy free, or vegan. However, they do have a some completely composable containers, including small cups.
Souvenirs:
If this zoo has a gift shop I did not see it. There may be one near the entrance of the Delbridge Museum of Natural History.
Safety:
Things seem generally safe. There wallaby and kangaroo area can be walked through with the animals lose within. These are wild animals and as such people need to be careful not to harass them.
Miscellaneous:
The Delbridge Museum of Natural History is small but has a large number of species within it. There is little in the way of scenery, as larger museums have, but still provides some decent back drops
