This annual day is dedicated to celebrating and raising awareness about crocodiles, encouraging everyone to learn more about these amazing reptiles    

This day was chosen to celebrate the world's tallest animal on the longest day or night (depending on which hemisphere you live) of the year.  How cool is that!! I call this my Missouri giraffe photo with a piece of grass hanging out of the mouth.

This could almost be an April Fools Day.  It doesn't celebrate the bird but the pink flamingo lawn ornaments!  It tickled me so I decided to share it.
